ABOUT
ME

I grew up an East Coaster from southeastern Pennsylvania and made Colorado my home in 2014. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in healthcare, starting out as an ophthalmology surgical tech working with vulnerable populations. My journey into the mental health field began in 2015. I earned my BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University in 2020 and later returned to complete my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2025.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring people transitioning from inpatient eating disorder treatment into outpatient care, and I’ve completed intensive training in Synergetic Play Therapy. I’ve developed a special passion for working with existential anxiety—the questions about meaning, purpose, and what it means to engage in the world authentically.
I believe that comedy can have a place in therapy. Suffering is part of life, but so is laughter. Humor has always been a big part of my own healing, and sometimes a genuine laugh can shift the room, ease the weight of suffering, and make space for new perspective.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy roller skating, puzzles, curating playlists for every mood, and relaxing with my two cats -- Ham and Cheese.
